I was a bit confused with medical letter Medical note. As I never new that I had to pay £15 for a letter about my medcal issues I have . Which I needed for work.

Doctor jewels a amazing doctor and I found I can talk to her and believe in what she is saying and said over the years also my children find her easy to talk to and. Can talk to her about everything and trust her judgment in everything she's say brilliant doctor

Dr. Jewels and Sarah were just fantastic when i had a rather difficult time with a procedure. They kept me informed throughout and we're both professional and friendly which is a wonderful combination. They were also very thorough and i felt very safe in their hands. Dr. Jewels called me later in the day to see how i was which was just lovely. A thoughtful, lovely touch and even more so considering that i am sure she was pressed for the time that day as i had gone over my time slot quite considerably. Both sarah and dr. Jewels were truly great and was grateful to be in their care.

On 01/11/2014 I fell and injured my left elbow and I was unaware of the damage done to my elbow but after Dr Caroline Jewels noticed a swelling on my left arm Dr Caroline Jewels immediately wrote a letter requesting an X-ray at Chelsea and Westminster hospital. The X-ray revealed a fractured left triceps. After a successful surgery on 28/11/2014 and supreme aftercare including physiotherapy my left arm is recovering very well and I hope to start swimming this summer. A million thanks to Dr Caroline Jewels for saving my left arm.

She listens to our problems and provides appropriate care and I feel safe after meeting her with a problem for me or my 3.5 yr old.
